Red Roof Inn Columbus East - Reynoldsburg

Listen people pay for what you get. People want a 5 star hotel on a 3 star hotel price. I have been there for almost a month and I had no problems. The staff was great.

Staff was very nice and accomodating which I very much appreciated! The room was clean tv works and it is quiet at night here! Love the location is convenient to so many shopping and food places. Thank you Red Roof Inn! I am happy with the accommodations and the peace and quiet at this location.

This place is prefect. We used it while at the Sonic festival. Great room, great area, many restaurants that are open late, bedding is comfortable. There is a little fridge for your groceries. Walmart and Kroger are nearby. Comfortable desk and chair to telecommute if you need to. I used as an office a couple of days. Great internet. My daughter was happy with oversized mirrors to prepare for the concerts.

The lady staff on duty is a wonderful and nice person. Very calm, with listening ears and willingly assisting the customers. The branch was very clean and quiet. I highly recommend it to others.

I was a bit skeptical because of the reviews but chose to stay because I had to work, figuring I could switch hotels if I didn't like it. I ended up staying a total of 3 weeks!!! First of all, when I walked in they didn't have a first floor room available BUT they literally went and cleaned one for me. Like a deep clean, it was great. The housekeeper even helped me unload my luggage from my truck which he did not have to do but I am so thankful that he did (lots of suitcases on me). They gave me a great weekly rate. The room was mostly clean of course, and completely free of bugs! And no matter what time I went to the front desk, there was usually someone there to help (there was only one exception in the entire 3 weeks I was there which is impressive considering their current staff is small). The only things I could say are that the drawers need to be cleaned inside but that's a small oversight; I had another bed I could put my clothes on. There is also currently NO BREAKFAST. I believe there is coffee but I don't remember. There's a Tim Horton's within walking distance though, and a Waffle House down the block. Overall, I suggest you give them a try. Hotels are always a hit or miss but this new management team definitely has the right thing going. Edit; I just got my full deposit back!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The guys running the place was nice. It was bug free overall pretty clean overall honestly. Only thing I would say is that the shower could’ve been a bit more clean but that was a quick fix we literally bought some $1 cleaning sponge and cleaners and it was perfectly fine. I’m not going to lie I was stressed the hell out after we had already booked and then I saw the reviews! Thankfully it was not NEARLY as bad as some said! We stayed a total of 4 days-3 nights. It’s close to shopping like Walmart, gas stations like speedway and there is plenty of food within a short 5-10 min drive. There is a $100.00 incidental deposit and it’s refundable! I would stay here again!

I did have a bad experience here at this hotel. But we got everything situated and all is good. My room is nice and clean. The sheets are clean. Everything looks nice. I like this hotel a lot. And one reason is they have smoking and non-smoking rooms. Not too many hotels or motels have smoking rooms. The guys at the desk are nice and helpful too..

I'll definitely be back they were willing to accept cash and that was a big deal to me because I only had cash as it was an unexpected stay... no other hotel in the are was willing to accept cash unless i had a HUGE cash deposit which I didn't... they were very helpful and willing to help me in any way they could..also the staff are friendly and very nice, rooms are clean and comfortable, close to many food options and shopping, I'll definitely be back
